The present study reveals that in Guangzhou youth consumption level is rising. The consumption structure is maintaining stable. The consumption psychology is rational. Youth leisure-time activity is connected with multiple contents and locates. Internet becomes important in youth consumption and leisure-time activity. Youth consumption and youth leisure-time activity is important parts of the new-normal social-economic development. The progress of youth consumption and leisure activity help improve youth physical and mental development.
