The article sets out from the task“female problem of society transferring”in social academy of sciences the center study in China.According to investigation on the spot for many years，it analyses the occupational security and health problem which the female workers met with in the work.Pointed out the aftereffect of occupational disaster at the view of migrant workers.Meanwhile the article analyses the gender meaning at the back of occupational disasters. As to the occupational security and health problem of migrant female workers，the article thinks that society should make efforts to set up a system which all kinds of people can participate in and cooperate each other and accelerate the problem settled quickly.
