With the development of industrialization and urbanization process accelerated，China as a role of the world’s first manufacturing country，has the problem of the increasingly serious environmental pollution and destruction. Enterprise as the basic unit of social and economic activities，the source of environmental pollution，energy conservation and emissions reduction，which must be responsibility to improve the ecological environment. This paper analyses the background which the development of the Chinese enterprises to implement green policy，the experience of foreign enterprises to implement green development，and the China’s macro policy supports the development of different types of enterprise green and the practice of enterprise green development. The writer attempts to subtly revealed thought-provoking social phenomenons：China in promoting enterprise green development exists in the legal system is not matched，imperfect incentive mechanism，the supervision mechanism is out of sound. The last but not least，constructed the“beautiful China”needs to be build perfect the policy system to promote the Chinese enterprise green development.
