The work of national artistic science planning and management in 2014 was based on the spirit of Third and Fourth Plenary Sessions of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and important speeches addressed by General Secretary Xi Jinxing；focused on the submit and approval of various artistic science projects；paid high attention on innovative working method；put large efforts to investigation and system construction. The work achieved satisfactory results in various aspects. In 2015，to promote the development of art discipline and make new contribution to socialism cultural construction，we will further reinforce the management foundation，improve management efficiency，expand financing channels and uplift the overall level of artistic science research. <<
