Academies are unique ancient Chinese venues for education and academic exchanges，and in the contemporary society，they also have significant cultural tourism values which are mainly embodied in three aspects：to cultivate perfect personality and national spirit；to highlight local cultural context and inherit cultural traditions；to foster tourism connotation and enhance the cultural taste. Thus，the choice of cultural tourism development of academies should focus on cultivating academy gardens，carrying out educational tours，developing moral virtues self-training education，extending related industries，building regional cultural shrines，etc. And eventually，the development of regional cultural industry and enhance of cultural brand could be achieved. <<
