Since the founding of PRC,the structure of social management has experienced three major transformations,accompanied by the reconstruction of relationships of state,market and the society every time.At the present time,the main point of macroscopical system reform is strengthening and deepening social management system reform and innovation,and the building of the society is the primary task in China.During the process,healthy social organizations are the bases of the society,and public participation is the realistic way to social building.However,many problems such as government' poverty in the notion of multiple subjects participating social management,publics' lack of consciousness and ability of participation ,inadequate system and blocked channel of public participation,have being hindered the public participation to strengthen and deepen.For this reason,we should do everything in its power to change these problems,and create a better platform for public participation.Only in this way,can we form a multiple social management system and accomplish the goal of good-governance eventually. <<
