Upscale communities,the midrange community,the general community,immigrant communities and poor communities can be regarded as representative of the urban social space.Empirical data show that the evaluation of the different social space of the residents of the importance of career success factors,there are significant differences in the recognition of the extent of the government as well as the evaluation of the extent of the social security.Urban residents live in the higher level of social space,more concerned about the human capital of career success factors;government recognized the lower level;believe the more unsafe,higher social risk. Lower social space level,being more concerned about the social capital of career success factors,the higher the degree of recognition of the government,believe the more security.Therefore,the strengthening of social management,considering the social attitudes of urban residents,concerned about the residents of a different social space differences on the degree of government recognition,and should ensure that the social security point of view to recognize the importance of innovation in social management. <<
