Since the beginning of 2012, the growth rate of Fixed Assets Investment(FAI) went up first, and then went down; the annual investment growth rate recorded at 20.6%. The FAI growth rates varied in industries, the FAI in the strategic new industries grew rapidly. The manufacturing investment growth rate was stale. The infrastructure investment increased steadily. For sources of funding, the state budget grew rapidly; the domestic loans went up steadily, the foreign investment shrunk. It is estimated that the growth rate of FAI would be about 20% in 2013. <<
