Legal environment of investment market kept steady on the whole in 2012, though several legal institutions changed over the year. In the investment and financial markets, a tide of deregulations made the institutions of those areas loosened and improved. In the real estate markets, the government continued to implement the strict macro-control policies. We summarize the main change of legal environment of direct investment, finance and commercial property in 2012, and forecast the relevant trends of change. <<
