In 2014，with the new position of vocational education established in China，government has simultaneously proposed the innovation model of vocational education，improving quality of personnel training，supporting social forces running education，and consummating the policy support system and other measures. However，the protection rights of vocational education still remains challengeable，so all we should do is to speed up the adjustment of the structure of vocational education，strengthen social participation，improve basic vocational education system，and to tradicate the vocational education legislation system in four aspects for improving the existing security system.
