保障少数民族就业权是实现少数民族公民劳动权和平等权等宪法基本权利的基础和前提。近年来,新疆、西藏及四省藏区采取了积极新增就业岗位、制定按比例就业政策、促进少数民族大学生就业、推动农村富余劳动力转移就业、加强职业培训等措施,有效促进了少数民族就业。但是,少数民族就业权利保障仍然面临挑战,需要从制定促进少数民族转移就业的指导政策、提高南疆地区专门招录少数民族的岗位比例、增强少数民族大学生就业能力、发展民族地方职业教育和打造民族地方特色农牧业五个方面采取措施,进一步保障少数民族就业权利。
<<The protection of the right to work is the basis and premise for basic constitutional rights of minority nationalities citizens.In recent years,the government of Xinjiang and Tibetan Society has taken a number of measures,including increasing jobs,formulating proportional employment policy,promoting minority nationalities students’ employment,promoting the rural surplus labor employment,strengthening vocational training,to protect the right to work of minority nationalities successfully. However,to protect the right to work of Chinese minority nationalities citizens still face challenges. Chinese government needs to take measures from five aspects,including formulating specific guidance documents promoting the transfer of employment of minority nationalities,providing more jobs which only for minority nationalities,enhancing the employabilities of minority nationalities college students,developing Vocational Education,developing of green agriculture,to protecting the right to work of minority nationalities citizens better.
