There are 1975 papers on human rights which had been published on CSSCI periodicals during 2004-2014. If we make a research on their numbers，content，subject，financing，periodicals and so on，we can find that the government gives more and more support to human rights study. A lot of subjects studied the issue of human rights on their own perspective and these subjects are closely related to the different rights. Generally speaking，the content and perspective of human rights study is becoming more and more specific and many topics are focus on the hot issues.
