Playing an active role in protecting migrant workers’ rights and promoting social harmony，Beijing Zhicheng Migrant Workers’ Legal Aid and Research Center has established the legal aid model composed of specialization，legalization，mainstreaming，comprehensiveness，institutionalization and internationalization；summed up the characteristics of the legal aid for migrant workers including the weakening particularity，rising complexity，improving judicial environment and constant difficulty in case handling；realized the problems of the legal aid for migrant workers in specialization，resolving social conflicts，boosting legal aid civil societies and improving the efficiency of disputes settlement；and advised promoting the socialization of legal aid services，enhancing the ability of providing legal aid，strengthening labor supervision，exploring the reform modes of the labor arbitration and valuing the relationship between legal aid civil societies and governments，judicial authorities and other parties.
