Ecological civilization becomes an important national development strategy, environmental rights of citizens is the starting point and the destination of the construction of ecological civilization.In 2012, China has made great progress in the field of Protection of the Environment, while there are a lot of issues, the group environmental events frequently happen have become prominent issues for the year, reflecting the contradiction between the awakening of environmental awareness of the rights of the people in the process of rapid economic growth and the lack of environmental tort relief ways. For environmental information disclosure and lack of participation in decision-making, judicial poor relief channels and other reasons, the paper proposes two suggestions. Firstly, promote environmental rights rule of the law. Sound environmental damage compensation system and environmental public interest litigation system and explore non-litigation alternative mechanisms of environmental disputes. Secondly, improve system of the environment public service and establish equalization and market-oriented mechanism. <<
