The rapid development of social organizations reflects not only the improvement of human rights in China, but also the enjoyment and exercise of a variety of rights by Chinese citizens. The involvement of social organizations in human rights protection experienced an expansion from poverty alleviation and development, environment protection, disaster relief to public health, disadvantaged group service and science and culture as well as a trend from marginalization to mainstreaming. The participation of social organizations in human rights protection is in line with the actual needs of social construction. However, problems of social organizations in professional skills, quality of service, funding raising and use, organizational structure, management system and information disclosure, need to be solved as soon as possible.
