In recent years, the AIDS epidemic has been growing on both quantity and proportion year by year. But the relevant strategies and measures had been implemented effectively under the anti-AIDS mechanism of which the government leads, the relevant Ministries and Commissions takes separate responsibility, all society participates. China has been persisting in being a low-HIV-prevalence country. Along with developing and evolving of Society and Economy, The protection of PLHIV's human rights, which is closely linked with anti-AIDS, was being putted on the government's schedule. Chinese PLHIV's human rights are clear and comprehensive. which consulted international standard and represented Chinese characteristic but faced many challenges. Chinese government should legislate and improve the relevant laws and policy measures, promote the protection of PLHIV's human rights continuously. <<
