The revision of Prison Law by the NPC standing committee in 2012 link up the Prison Law with the new revised Criminal Procedural Law, and further strengthens the Prison Law to ensure prisoners' rights. Prisoners' fundamental rights security system with Chinese characteristic has been formed, and in practice China's prisons have created many practice of praise. The guarantee of the prisoners' rights is faced with some problems, which need further explore countermeasures and the way of the prisoners' right protection. <<
