The magazine of Human Rights , which published by the China Society for Human Rights Studies, recorded the development and transmission of the conception of human rights with Chinese characteristics. Founded 11 years ago, the literature published by the magazine shows that the introduction of the foreign situation of human rights, the analysis of the human rights implication from the ideas of governance of the party and country, and the research of the actual human rights cases, have the most important influence on the formation of the idea of human rights with Chinese characteristics. Two kinds of basic rights have been paid relatively balanced attention; the rights of all kinds of special groups have obtained varying degrees of concern. The research of theory and road of human rights with Chinese characteristics has been paid more and more attention. The domestic and international transmission of the idea of human rights with Chinese characteristics has generally maintained momentum balance. <<
