In 2014, and promote the integration of national culture and technology in the third year of the demonstration base, Wuhan as the Ministry of science and technology, the Central Propaganda Department, the central ministries jointly named the national culture and technology integration demonstration base, positive progress has been made in promoting cultural system and mechanism innovation, science and technology innovation, product content of innovation and business model innovation. But in the process of building the demonstration base, there are still some outstanding problems in the development of Wuhan culture and science and technology, which is not only the basic condition of regional development, but also the lack of ideas, system and so on. Wuhan must be in the industry planning, development layout, business training, policy support to form a strong support measures to comprehensively promote the construction of Wuhan national culture and technology integration demonstration base.
