With the innovation of the social management system，the government purchase of social work services has gradually become a new innovation mechanism，the government proposed the establishment of social workers involved in the service mechanism for the aged，social work services in full swing in the social service institute for the aged. This research adopts the case study method，selecting 3 different types of social service institute for the aged in Beijing City，collecting methods of interviews，secondary data，observation data. According to admission assessment，advantages of the aged，developing professional social work services plan，carrying out professional social work services and hospitalpice care，this research resortsprofessional social work services of social service institute for the aged in Beijing city，and analyzesthe evaluation of the aged and social workers about professional social work services. <<
