In the year of 2012, Ministry of Education published "Some Views about Improving the Quality of Higher Education" (simplified as" Higher Education 30"), and actualized a great many projects such as "2011 Plan", "Undergraduate Teaching Project", "Excellent Personnel Training Plan" with quality improvement as the focus to stimulate vitality of higher education institutions and promote the connotation development of higher education. And some new progresses have been achieved in institution exploration, talent cultivation model and mechanism creativity. <<
