本文对于近年来社会心态的研究进行回溯，从风险社会的角度提出社会心态中存在的风险和不确定性。分别分析了社会生活中存在的风险和不确定性，公众对风险和不确定性的关注，人口流动和社会流动中的风险和不确定性，社会不公平的风险，社会情绪中的风险和不确定性，社会价值观中的风险和不确定性。
<<In this paper the research of social mentality in recent years were reviewed from the perspective of the theory of risk society. The risks and uncertainties in the social life，the public opinion to the risks and uncertainties，the risks and uncertainties in population mobility，the risks and uncertainties in social mobility，the risks and uncertainties in social emotions，and the uncertainty in social values，were analyzed respectively.
