With the popularization of the Internet,Wechat,Weibo and news mobile applications turn to be the primary sources of information in China,especially that Wechat has became a new engine of public opinion. Due to a lower threshold of websites browsing and opinion expression on the Internet,the structure of Chinese cyber citizen becomes similar to the original demographic structure in China,which leads to the stratification of public opinion in network and the emerging of opinions generated by occupational groups. And efforts still need to be paid to seek a balance between ideological publicity and respect to public will.
