With the guidance of the No.11 Document of the central government and all levels’ effort，the farmers’ association construction has made significant progress. First，the rural supply and marketing association has explored more channels to provide service to peasants. Second，experts and scholars actively participated into the pilot program of the grass root level reform of the rural supply and marketing associations. Furthermore，provincial government took the initiative to lead the framework construction of the farmers’ economic cooperative association. Last，farmers’ specialized cooperation worked together closely with the rural supply and marketing association. However，there still exist many problems which need to be addressed.
