To build Beijing as the best capital city and a world metropolis will inevitably require improving government's public service ability and public service performance. The establishment of the public service performance evaluation index system in Districts and counties of Beijing has an important theoretical and practical significance for scientifically evaluating the public service of local level governments. Based on comprehensive evaluation methods,the comparative study and overall ranking of the public service performance in Districts and counties of Beijing have been made,and relative policy recommendations have been put forward. <<
