As one of important subjects in the science and technology innovation system,the university's strategic position in the development of science and technology innovation of Beijing has become increasingly prominent. At the same time,the problem of university's administration has become an important factor which restricting China's science and technology innovation. Based on this major departure from the current scientific and technological innovation status,the underlying causes and the impact of the administration on the Beijing science and technology innovation are analyzed. Then,the specific paths for how to de-administration and improve the level of science and technology innovation were discussed. <<
