existing internal and external difficulties of personnel training in private hospitals are analyzed from human resource condition in private hospitals. Influence of doctor multi-site operation and standardized training of inpatient doctor on personnel construction of private hospitals is mainly analyzed. Experience of Yan’an University Xianyang Hospital is combined for proposing targeted solutions，namely government should optimize development environment of private hospitals，private hospitals should increase investment，perfect system，attach great importance to teaching and research，strengthen cultural construction and develop medical group at the same time.
