在2015年两会召开前一天,一部以柴静作为讲述人的环境保护动员纪录片《穹顶之下》在柴静的新浪微博账号@柴静看见上发布,与之同时,该片在优酷视频和人民网的同步上线为新浪微博提供了链接来源。在之后的几天里,该片引发了微博舆论的狂潮,并渗透到微信等社交媒体平台。整个《穹顶之下》首发中,意见领袖承担了什么样的传播功能?同时又该担当什么样的社会责任?本文从环境保护社会动员的发起者、响应者和行动者三个维度分析微博意见领袖在环保动员中的传播功能和社会责任。

In the follow days,this documentary leading a hot public opinion on Weibo,and it trans-pass to the others social media such as Wechat. In the process of this documentary first publish,what is the communication function and social responsibility of Weibo public opinion leader?The study focus on the mobilization roles of public opinion leader,analysis the promoter,responsor and reactor in the environment protection mobilization.
