It’s of great significance to give full play to the important role of copyright in promoting the development of cultural industries and to improve copyright legislation in maintaining the security of Chinese cultural industry. Chinese copyright legal system is based on a series of laws and regulations，which is a substantial completion symbol of setting up the Chinese copyright legal system in maintaining cultural industries security. On the other hand，we must see the deficiencies of the present copyright legislation in maintaining the cultural industry security. It is worthwhile for us to learn the successful experiences in maintaining cultural industries security from the United States，Japan，and South Korea. For the sake of maintaining the cultural industry security，it’s essential for us to improve and promote the copyright legal system，the copyright administrative enforcement legal system and the international cultural trade legal system as soon as we can.
