This paper selectively analyzes the development history of central urban area in Korea capital，evolution of Seoul economic zone，and experience of development in Gangnam，new urban construction in Bundang and Rishan. The practice in Korea shows that，Seoul economic zone has experienced urban planning for several times，and built hierarchy ring structure which regards Seoul city as the core；the construction of new cities and satellite cites around the capital can effectively divide functions and pressures of central city，which is worthy to be learnt in capital functional dispersal by Beijing. <<
