The constructions of the elderly livable city，the elderly friendly community and the elderly warm family are gradually carried out around the country and planning and implementation of urban leisure space environment is the important part. To create a new prospect of the construction of the elderly livable city and elderly friendly community，the construction of the elderly leisure space and related supporting facilities should go first according to the scientific and reasonable planning by the criteria of the construction of the elderly livable environment.
