Intensive investigations are conducted to the talent introduction and aggregation work of strategic emerging industries in Haidian District through questionnaire investigation，interviews，etc. According to research results，existing problems are deeply analyzed including insufficient introduction of high-end overseas entrepreneurial talent，incomplete talent supporting policy in enterprises，and institutional and environmental barriers against talent introduction. Policy recommendations are put forward such as establishing the “Through Train” to introduce overseas talent so as to promote project landing；improving talent supporting policy so as to build supporting service system for enterprise talent which is matched with actual demands，breaking the institution and mechanism barriers so as to further promote the international level of talent environment，etc. <<
