This study makes a comprehensive analysis on the current situation and problems of regional talent team construction combined with industrial layout and development plan of Shunyi Airport Economic Zone，focusing on solving the institutional obstacles restricting talent development based on the main task and path of the talent aggregation zone construction. Profiting from the successful construction experience and practices of other talent management reform experimental areas，feasible suggestions and countermeasures on how to construct the talent aggregation zone are put forward from several aspects，including accelerating high-end airport economic industry aggregation，gathering related industry talents，innovating talent work mechanism，strengthening talent platform construction and optimizing talent development environment，which will provide references for the development and innovation of capital talent work. <<
