Since the free opening in 2008，the museums in our country have greatly improved no matter in financial investment，personnel building，hardware facilities，or service level. The implement of museums’ free opening policy has also been widely welcomed. Correspondingly，the visitors of museums become more diverse，as well as their purpose of visiting，ways of knowing the museum，and their gains from visiting the museum. Also，factors that influence people’s decision of visiting museums varies a lot. Given this situation，in order to accelerate the construction of modern public culture service system and propel the development of museum undertakings，we must further the deepening reform，optimize investment mechanism，improve the allocation of funds for free opening，building the access mechanism of museum employees，and improve the the personal quality of employees.
