Artistic performance profession is an important part of our country’s public cultural service. After the reform of “Five Series”，the effect of artistic performance troupes in providing public cultural service requires cautious inspection in order to optimize and improve the reform route of national artistic performance troupes in the next stage. Focusing on the 8 artistic performance troupes in experimental base of national public cultural policy research，this article analyzes the efficiency of artistic performance profession in providing public cultural service and inspects，as well as evaluates，the development effect of artistic performance troupes in recent years.
