中国煤炭储量占世界煤炭储量的19%,其中中低阶煤占比达到58%以上。作为世界上最大的煤炭生产和消耗大国,如何清洁、高效利用中低阶煤成为中国煤炭使用中不可回避的一个课题。中低阶煤分质梯级利用作为中低阶煤清洁、高效利用的最佳途径之一,越来越得到学者认可和政府推广。本报告对现有中低阶煤分质梯级利用核心热解技术的发展现状进行了最新的、全面的概述,分析了中低阶煤分质梯级利用工业化进程中存在的问题。最终,报告提出了中低阶煤分质梯级利用可行的最佳发展路线。
<<In China,the coal reserves are abundant,which accounts about 19% of the world’s coal reserves. China as the largest coal producer and consumer,it is estimated that nearly 58% of the coal reserves consist of low-rank coal. Therefore,the friendly and highly efficient conversion of low-rank coal has become even more essential. Recently,the cascade utilization is extensively concerned by researchers and government since it is recognized as one of the most promising way to employ the low-rank coal with high efficiency. Based on large number of researches,researchers find that the key for cascade utilization of low rank coal focuses on the quickly development of pyrolysis technology. In this report,we comprehensively explain the current development of pyrolysis technology,analyzes the existing problems in the industrialization process of cascade utilization for low rank coal,and at last,proposes the optimal routes available for the cascade utilization of low rank coal.
