The reform of the household registration system is a major social issue of concern in recent years. This paper stands in the new town of perspective. Firstly, the dissertation analyzes the current characteristics of the sample of urban management in Changchun City, it is pointed out that the foreign population naturalization conditions gradually relaxed, the floating population of institutionalized, standardized management also achieved positive results; secondly, it points out the outstanding problems existing in the management of household registration, and put forward a series of suggestions for improvement; and points out that the situation in the face of changes in the future, Changchun City should according to the actual make new exploration in combination with the experience of the reform of the household registration requirements of the central authorities and the advanced regions. <<
