In this paper, we first introduce the development of National Bio industry base, and highlighted widespread national R & D and leading, manufacturing oriented and comprehensive development type three main development mode; then tells the story of Wuhan, Shanghai bio industry base development experience for reference, in order to find a breakthrough in the development of local; then the Pingshan New District National biological industry base development condition analysis, respectively from the basic situation of the pros and cons weigh, opportunities and challenges in three aspects; finally, based on the proposed to accelerate development of Pingshan New District National biological industry base of policy strategies, in the hope that help the local Bio Industry Base Development. <<
