In this paper, we first introduce the Longhua District Economic and social transformation of evaluation index system, in tabular form showing the six aspects of the index system, namely economic transformation, social transformation, people transformation, transformation of governance, urban and ecological transformation of the transition, and 6 first level indicators, 21 second level indicators, 52 three objective indexes; then in 2013, background, are briefly introduced in this paper Longhua New District Economic and social transformation of the basic situation, main achievements, main problems and development strategies are proposed. <<
