美国的非营利管理教育(NME)作为一个新兴学科,在过去三十年发展迅猛。本文通过对美国NME相关研究进行系统综述发现,学者普遍认为NME与其他学科的管理教育应当作为一个新的独立学科进行发展;NME项目的数量在过去三十年迅速增加,学者提出了相对系统的课程体系,但对NME项目效果和社会影响的研究还比较缺乏;此外,在知识生产方面,尽管非营利部门的知识体系尚未完全形成,但已经涌现了大量的、独特的关于非营利管理的知识;推动美国NME发展的主要力量包括:研究中心、学术期刊、图书、学术网络、专业杂志和网站、基金会、企业和私人的资金支持等。我国当前非营利管理教育和研究都尚处于起步阶段,本文将对我国非营利管理教育的发展提供最前沿的借鉴和参考。

An emerging discipline,the US Non-profit Management Education(NME)develops rapidly in the past thirty years. This article,based on a systematic literature review of the US NME research,finds that the management education of NME and other disciplines should be made into an independent discipline. As the number of NME projects increased rapidly in the past three decades,the existing studies have proposed a relatively systematic curriculum system,but have yet to conduct sufficient study on the effect and social impact of the NME projects. In addition,in terms of knowledge generation,though the knowledge system of the non-profit departments has yet to be fully developed,there has emerged considerable knowledge on non-profit management. The main drivers of the US NME development include research centers,academic journals,books,academic networks,professional journals,websites,foundations,enterprises and private funding. Currently,China’s non-profit management education and research are in infancy;this article will inform China’s non-profit management education sector of the latest experience in NME.
