2015 is destined to be a landmark year in the developing course of environmental justice in China, the newly revised "environmental protection law" since January 1 officially implemented, this called "teeth" environmental protection law and the environmental public interest litigation "and" daily penalty "weapon and much industry and academic expectations. This paper first discusses the relevant laws and regulations of environmental public interest litigation, secondly collected 2015 January 1, 2015 December 1, domestic environmental public interest litigation cases to sort out and analyze, cases from the geographical distribution, environmental public interest litigation types of the plaintiff and the defendant, types of environmental pollution and has never judgment in the case analysis to show the environmental public interest litigation in the first year of the judicial practice. <<
