Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Some Major Issues Concerning Comprehensively Deepening the Cultural System Reform and Promoting the Great Development of Socialist Culture Prosperity clearly puts forward that we should guide social capital to invest cultural industry in various forms，support state-owned cultural enterprise’s investment in capital market，and encourage the connection of culture and capital. Chinese financial industry will face the coming of a new competition age caused by interest rate liberalization，RMB internationalization，rise of Internet finance，etc. Capital is badly in need of new service increasing point and development space. Cultural industry has gradually become the target of various kinds of capital. With the dual-power pushing of policy bonus and economic development，Chinese cultural industry investment will realize doubled scale in 5 years，and the annual average investment amplification will be up to 50%. It’s worth noting that the investment experience accumulation of Chinese cultural industry is still insufficient，and professional cultural industry investment talents are lacked. Therefore，the training and reserve of cultural industry investment talents play a strategic role in the development of Chinese cultural industry.
