In January 1, 2015, the Sichuan provincial government announced the "Sichuan Provincial People's Government on deepening administrative law advice to speed up the construction of the government under the rule of law". On January 30, the office of the provincial government announced the "Sichuan Provincial People's government for the year 2015 to promote administration according to the arrangement", from the implementation of the administrative decision decision procedure, scientific advance "three lists, standardize administrative law enforcement behavior, promote outstanding problems rectification, improve the administrative affairs actual effect, review to enhance the capacity of the respondent, enhance the demonstration effect of creating, implementation of the law of administrative accountability and improve the rule of law such as the ability to work from nine aspects, to 2015 according to law administrative work made detailed arrangements for the deployment.
