In order to deepen the grass-roots governance, promote rural grassroots construction of rule of law and the construction of a clean and honest government, since 2013, Chengdu City relying on modern information technology, unification of the city's construction of grassroots public service platform for supervision, create a set of publicity, public information, public service, network supervision and to one of the primary public service supervision network, the realization of the city all villages and towns (street) and village (community) full coverage, and have been carrying out the develop content standards, establish the operation mechanism, guide the masses to participate in the use of such as a series of specific work, to ensure that the basic platform stable operation and wide application, and to deepen the work of grassroots governance played a positive role. This paper makes a report on the construction and operation of the Chengdu municipal public service platform. This article expounds the platform construction background, ideas, methods, achievements, experience and future prospects, and pointed out the need to further promote grassroots public, deepen grassroots governance, strengthen the construction of basic work. <<
