Sichuan court to vigorously implement the "sunshine Justice Project", always adhere to the principle of open, not open to exception, relying on information technology, comprehensively deepen judicial openness. Strive to build based on large data under the environment of open justice system, the full completion of the judicial public platform construction, expanding the scope of the disclosure, innovation open form, and actively respond to people's new requirements and new expectations, improve Sichuan Court judicial transparency and credibility of the judiciary. This paper discusses the 2015 Sichuan Province Higher People's Court of justice, public practice, followed by summarizing the Sichuan court in recent years to promote judicial openness in the basic experiences and existing problems in, and the further deepening of the judicial openly put forward countermeasures and suggestions. <<
