As a national legal supervision organ, the people's Procuratorate shall be the most important factor in the performance of its functions. Since 2013, Guangyuan City procuratorate to carry out "the people's livelihood prosecution, people's livelihood" practice, through "their stalls, station, the retainer member, partnerships" (the establishment of the people's livelihood procuratorial focal point, set up juvenile sunshine procuratorial station, hire people's livelihood inspectors, connection to key population households) the grid of the procurator general of the people's livelihood to implement the people around, and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the masses of the people, promote social governance according to law. This paper first discusses the proposed background and thinking of the procurator general of the people's livelihood, to fully and effectively perform their duties and functions, escort the people's livelihood; secondly the main practices are described, including weaving grid services, determine the service mode, a clear focus on services to the people and strengthen the work of carrying out; then we discuss the achievements, problems and shortcomings as well as the next step in the direction of work, innovative ideas, based on a high starting point to carry out the work, further update the concept, strengthen the understanding, to further explore the way, innovative initiatives, further enhance the ability to improve the level, further overall planning, strengthen the binding. <<
