With the development of the comprehensive reform of Yiwu international trade, the intellectual property rights of private enterprises in Yiwu are enhanced simultaneously. This paper first introduces the current situation of intellectual property rights of private enterprises in Yiwu, pointed out that the Yiwu court cases involving intellectual property disputes of private enterprises increased year by year, new types of cases continue to emerge; then analyzes the problems and causes of the intellectual property rights of private enterprises in Yiwu, including the knowledge of enterprise itself and the external environment caused by the existence of joint property rights of intellectual property and demand the protection of imbalance, lack of protection and protection of excessive, independent innovation ability and the defense capability were accused of infringement problems; finally proposed that must construct the mechanism of intellectual property protection of private enterprises to justice as the leading factor, play a leading role in the judicial protection of the administrative law enforcement and judicial procedure smooth convergence, increase government of private enterprises support and protection. <<
