The people's jury system is an important judicial system in China, it is an important choice to promote judicial democracy and expedite public participation in the judicial channels. It is also an important measure to promote the judicial justice and improve the credibility of the judiciary. This article has carried on the analysis to the operation practice of Quzhou people's court jury system: first, to explore the people's jurors multiplied, including introduction of the personnel structure, management, juries situation; followed by discussion of the jury work new advantages and existing problems. Finally, the paper puts forward strengthen and countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the jury to work, including specification selection, to strengthen the constraints, improve the use, to enhance the capacity of the four aspects. <<
