Properly handle the doctor-patient relationship, thinking the rule of law and the rule of law to improve and perfect the mechanism of medical disputes, is an important aspect of peace in Guangdong, the construction of the rule of law in Guangdong. This paper is the analysis of Guangdong Province medical law construction status quo, problems and countermeasures. This paper first describes the 2015 year Guangdong Province medical legal status, pointed out that in 2015 the Guangdong medical law showed the following trends: Although the overall number of disputes is increasing year by year, but the administrative and criminal cases decreased, resulting in various factors of medical disputes still exist when some of the problems, and even intensified. Secondly, analysis and new development of 2015 Guangdong medical legal construction of new medical problems, pointed out that Guangdong is also facing the internet medical regulation, human assisted reproductive technology services, promote the frozen egg and organ transplantation into the new normal, evidence-based medicine in the field of law, the illegal practice of coping and identification of difficult problem. And then put forward a new thinking and new ideas of Guangdong Province medical building the rule of law, and points out that strengthening the medical law, the rule of law to the way as the guidance, promote the special law enforcement, strengthen administrative supervision, continue to release the white paper on enhancing medical judicial transparency, improve the appraiser rate, improve the diversified mediation mechanism and promote the development of medical arbitration system. <<
