文化产业的发展离不开文化产业人才资源开发策略的支撑。培养具有认识、开发、经营文化资源的眼光、魄力与能力的文化产业人才是振兴文化产业的保障。随着国家2009年正式实施《文化产业振兴规划》,将澳门建设成“世界旅游休闲中心”被纳入“十二五”规划。文化产业的繁荣发展,离不开人才、优秀人才和人才团队。当前文化产业人才短缺已成为澳门文化产业发展的瓶颈,因此,以人为本,树立正确的人才观,采取有力措施,加快文化产业人才培养是文化产业发展的当务之急。
本文结合新媒体产业环境,对如何培养创新型文化产业人才,如何推动文化产业与大学生创业的结合等方面话题进行剖析,最后提出通过创新开设文化产业类高教专业、社会力量办学、产学研结合和人才培养等途径,完善文化产业人才培养体系等建议。对澳门解决当前文化产业人才短缺问题具有一定的借鉴价值。
<<The development of the cultural industries depends on the right human resources strategy. Cultivating talents with the vision,courage and capacity for understanding,developing,and operating in the industry is the guarantee for its revitalization. As “Plan on Reinvigoration of the Cultural Industry” was formally implemented in 2009,the 12th National Five-year Plan also emphasized building Macao into an “international tourism and leisure center”. The prosperous development of the cultural industry requires talents. Currently,talent shortage in cultural industry has become a bottleneck restricting the development of Macao’s cultural industry. Therefore,the priority is to put people first and take measures to speed up the cultural industry talent cultivation.
Based on the new media environment,this study provides suggestions about how to cultivate innovative culture industry talents and how to promote the combination of cultural industry and college students’ entrepreneurship. In addition,establishing culture industry-related majors for higher education,running schools by non-governmental sectors,university-industry cooperation and international cooperation are also important for improving the culture industry talents training system. This study provides a valuable source of reference for those try to solve the problem of the current cultural industry talent shortage in Macao.
